The Berea City Council is currently discussing plans related to the Browns Training Facility and its impact on the community. Internal Communications Expertise
I work hard to create clear and easy-to-understand messages. I know how important it is to explain the benefits and challenges of projects, like the Browns Training Facility, to residents. Transparency matters to me, so I focus on informing people about how money is spent and what changes they can expect.
With seven years of real estate experience, I’ve learned much about property values, zoning laws, and community development. I can use this knowledge to determine how big projects, like the Browns Training Facility, might affect local property values. I want to make sure changes are good for everyone in Berea.
I care about connecting with people and listening to their opinions. I prioritize asking residents for their input and bringing their ideas to council discussions. I want to ensure everyone feels heard and included in the decision-making process.
I’m skilled at taking complicated ideas and turning them into easy-to-understand and relatable messages. I aim to address concerns in a way that makes sense to residents while showing them the project's positive benefits.
As a candidate for city council, I see regular neighborhood meetings as essential. They build trust, keep everyone informed, and allow residents to share their ideas and concerns. These gatherings also strengthen our sense of community and ensure every voice is heard as we work together to shape Berea’s future.

Hosting bi-annual Spring and Fall cleaning drives is a way we can make a real difference in our community. By donating gently used items to Quarry Town, part of the Cleveland Metropolitan Housing Authority, right in our ward, we can support neighbors who rely on affordable housing and rent help. It’s a small effort that can have a significant impact.
Organized Events
I’ve planned company events before and know how to run them smoothly. I can use those skills to organize donation drives that are easy and effective.
